Take the bike to Kvarkenfisk restaurant, where you can enjoy locally caught fish in a magical sea environment. The rout follows the banks of the river Umeälven, up through Gimonäs and Innertavle and then turns south along Täftefjärden. Make a detour and dip your toes at Täfteå bathing area which is a well-visited beach with a toilet. Once at Kvarkenfisk you can enjoy the food and the archipelago environment. Why not rent a canoe or spend the night in a boat house?
