Location: Värmlands län, Arvika municipality, just over 10 kilometers west of Arvika. The reserve can be reached both by land and sea. Along highway 172, between Arvika and Sulvik, just west of Jössefors, a sign shows the way to the reserve. Remember to show consideration and drive slowly past Bergs gård. 59°39'31.2"N 12°28'00.3"E. If you book a transportation service, say that it is located at Bergdalen.

Without the permission of the County Administrative Board, it is forbidden to use the area in an organized manner, and for schools and institutions to regularly use the area to carry out scientific or other studies.

In the Bergs klätt reserve it is forbidden to:

• Staying overnight in the parking lot and camping within the entire reserve,
• make fires other than in designated places,
• collect mosses, lichens and wood fungi,
• collect or damage invertebrates,
• felling, or otherwise damaging, living or dead trees and shrubs, standing or fallen,
• drive vehicles off-road and on trails, such as bicycles, tractors, snowmobiles and ATVs
• parking other than in the designated area.
