Tunåsen is located between Röbo and Kungshögarna, just a stone's throw from the city. From the lookout tower at the top, you have a fine view in all directions over the city and the Uppsala plain. The cathedral is clearly visible to the south and a fine view of Old Uppsala is visible to the north. This is the highest point in Gamla Uppsala.
Tunåsen's highest point is one of Uppsala County's natural treasures. A nature spot is an area with high natural and outdoor values that is accessible to visitors.

Parking is available at Gamla Uppsala högar.
Kommunikasjon
Take the city bus out to Gamla Uppsala to the stop Kungshögarna. Follow Eriksleden south along the eastern side of Kungshögarna. Timetables and bus numbers can be found at www.ul.se
Veibeskrivelse
Tunåsen is located just south of Kungshögarna in Gamla Uppsala.
Cycling or walking: Follow Eriksleden, a 6 km long pilgrimage trail between Uppsala Cathedral and Gamla Uppsala Church. The trail passes the eastern side of Tunåsen.
By car: Take road 290 to Gamla Uppsala. Park at Kungshögarna. From here it is just under 1 km walk along Eriksleden south to Tunåsen.
