Beskrivelse
Next to the old mill cabin is a large open space surrounded by forest. There are several fireplaces, tables and benches and open spaces for play and picnics. During the winter there is a small sledging slope nearby. Ski trails are prepared along the lighted trail that circles the area.
Kvarnkojan is one of Uppsala county's treasures in nature. A "smultronställe" is an area with high natural and outdoor values that is accessible to visitors.

Parkering
The parking lot is 250 m from Kvarnkojan.
Kommunikasjon
Take the regional bus to the Grans gård stop, then it is about 200 m along the footpath to the reserve. Timetables can be found at www.ul.se.
Veibeskrivelse
Granåsen is located just north of Bålsta.
Follow Enköpingsvägen north from Bålsta and turn right after about 600 m where there are signs for the nature reserve. After about 400 m you will reach the parking lot.
