From the bird tower you get a view of Dalbyviken. The bay has a rich bird life. You might hear the bittern or the nightingale.
A little east of the manor house, a wide wooden walkway begins, which you follow to get to the birdwatching tower. The walkway is adapted to allow wheelchairs and prams to get around. Next to the bird tower is a picnic area with several benches and tables, including a table adapted for wheelchairs.

The nearest parking lot is at Hammarskog Manor. From here you follow the gravel road and then a wide footbridge, about 0.5 km to the bird tower.
