Beskrivelse
There is a walled fireplace on the eastern shore of Slottsholmen island, just below the Täljehus castle ruins. You'll also find picnic tables, benches made from tree trunks and a woodshed where you can collect your firewood. The view of Lake Mälaren is wonderful.
The path to the fireplace is flat and well used. Sheep graze the whole island between May and October.

Veibeskrivelse
You can take your bike here. From Södertälje center it is about 3.5 km along the canal. By bus you can get to "Brunnsängs centrum". From there it is a walk of about 2 km. Parking is available just outside Täljehus on open gravel fields or along Ragnhildsborgsvägen. A closed barrier means that you have to walk the last 200 meters.
