Beskrivelse
Saxvattnet Nature Reserve is a forest area near the mountains, rich in lakes and marshes. It is quite inaccessible and suits the true outdoorsman - perhaps especially those who also hold a fishing rod in their hand!

Veibeskrivelse
Reservatet ligger tio mil norr om Strömsund, längs gränsen mot Västerbotten. Man når reservatet genom att svänga av väg 342 i Lidsjöberg och köra till Inviken, norr om Risede.Övrigt: I Gäddede finns Naturinformatin Frostviken där man bland annat kan få tips om utflyktsmål och vandringsleder i trakten.
Forskrifter
Welcome to Saxvattnet. Keep in mind that it is not allowed within the reserve:
- climbing trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 meters to a bird of prey's nest, lair or pot
- damage the ground or vegetation, including dry trees and windfalls
Other rules apply if you want to carry out any kind of activity in the area, see the relevant reserve decision for full regulations. There may also be other laws to take into account, such as the Reindeer Husbandry Act.
