Julin's Backyard Barbecue is Texas BBQ - but in Värmland.

Julin's Backyard Barbecue started in the autumn of 2020 and has since then had destination guests from all over Sweden who travel long distances to experience authentic Texas BBQ.

They smoke the meat in two smokers with red oak from Skåne for a long time and at a low temperature, which makes the meat incredibly tender and practically melts in the mouth - a food craft they are very proud of. The food is served in an environment that makes you feel like you're in a backyard in the American South. The smell of smoked meat, the sound of music, and the glow of fairy lights will make you enjoy a fantastic meal. They serve brisket, ribs, pulled pork and more along with traditional sides. During the summer months, the large doors open up to the outdoor seating area so you can sit outside, have a bbq and a drink from the container bar.
