Ekedal's exercise trail is a relatively hilly exercise trail about 2.8 km long that runs in the forest above Östra Ekedal.
At the parking lot at Östra Ekedal there is a large grassy area for picnics and a picnic area with barbecue facilities, the municipality provides firewood. There is also a popular outdoor gym. Both the track and the gym have lighting that is on both morning and evening during spring and fall. In winter, Nacka Värmdö ski club draws ski tracks along the track when the snow situation allows.

Veibeskrivelse
The parking lot is reached from Gamla Skärgårdsvägen, turn off at Östra Ekedal and follow the signs towards the exercise trail. There are also connecting tracks both from Ekedalsskolan and from Skevik.
