Beskrivelse
Just outside Strängnäs is Gorsingelund, a deciduous forest grove that is classified as a Natura 2000 site.
The Strängnäs Nature Conservation Association uses the area as its campaign forest and works to preserve Gorsingelund as a living grove environment.
Individuals and groups are welcome here to easily learn to experience and understand the connections in nature. In the area there are also clear traces of how people lived and used the area in the form of house foundations, orchards, etc.
