The bike ride takes you past Sunnerborg's farm shop with beautiful deer, past Tuvesjön's swimming area through wonderful beech forest. It takes you past Issjöa mission house in Ljungby municipality, which was the first free church in Småland to be built by a Baptist congregation, in the years 1859–1860. Kronoberg county board decided in 2022 that the mission house would be declared a building monument. It takes you further along Hängasjön towards Hå and further along Prästebodaån towards Ivla and back towards Hamneda over Hamnedamossen.
