WHEN YOU CYCLE HERE, THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY

1. All cycling is at your own risk. Cycle according to your own ability.
2. Only bicycles are allowed in the bike park and helmets are mandatory when cycling.
3. Show consideration for other cyclists. Help anyone who has fallen or injured themselves.
4. Keep your distance from other cyclists. Adjust your speed and make sure you can stop before unexpected obstacles. Remember that surface characteristics change in different weather conditions.
5. Show respect for nature. Do not disturb animals and take your litter home with you.

7. alcohol and drugs impair judgment and performance and have no place here.
