Beskrivelse
Hollandsbjär is an easily accessible heather reserve located next to a public highway. The wood anemone, needle thistle and hair thistle all flower here. With a little luck, you may also see the meadow pipit, which thrives on open moors and bogs.
The scenic reserve of about eight hectares has been established mainly to protect the rich occurrences of gorse and wood anemone found in the area. As a visitor to the area, you can see both hairstreak, which is Halland's landscape flower, and needlestreak.

Hollandsbjär is located in Laholm municipality. By car: From Laholm drive to Veinge church and continue 1.6 km on road 556 towards Bäckamot (northeast). Turn left towards Skogsgård, Svinabäck and Hollandsberg. After 3 km you will find the reserve and parking lot on your right. GPS (WGS84):Lat N 56° 36' 29" Lon E 13° 7' 36"
Forskrifter
To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.
In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:
- picking flowers and digging up plants,
- bring an unleashed dog
- camping or putting up a caravan
- making fires
- driving a motorized vehicle and
- affixing a sign, inscription or other disturbing device.
