Beskrivelse
Hälleberget is a beautiful deciduous forest area just northeast of Oskarström, consisting of two hills and a valley. This inaccessible forest area has become a haven for many rare species. One tip is to head up the mountainside to the west, Hälleberget itself, where you can look out over the forest landscape.
As a visitor to the reserve, you can easily get the feeling of being in a natural forest. Because there are large variations in altitude, the terrain is inaccessible and this may have made it difficult to have forestry here. The area's highest natural values are found on the slopes. There is plenty of dead wood and old trees.

Forskrifter
To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.
In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:
- Damage living or dead standing or lying trees and bushes,
- damaging, picking or collecting plants. However, picking berries, edible mushrooms and individual specimens of vascular plants is permitted,
- collect insects, spiders, shells and other invertebrates without the permission of the County Administrative Board. However, single specimens may be collected provided that it does not violate the conservation regulations and that traps are not used,
- planting plant or animal species alien to the area,
- organize camps or competitions without the permission of the County Administrative Board,
- put up a board, poster, sign or make an inscription,
- drive a motorized vehicle, other than on the road, the prohibition does not apply to hunting rights holders when transporting fallen game,
- make a fire, but the use of camping kitchens is permitted,
- bring an unleashed dog with the exception of hunting with dogs or for searching and
- without the permission of the County Administrative Board conduct scientific studies that are contrary to the regulations.
