Utös stigar

Utö's trails are easy to follow and beautiful. They run through a landscape that varies from old pine forest to open meadows. In the forest, the ground is soft with pine needles and anthills line the paths. Lizards and beetles are common. The meadows are grazed by sheep, which contributes to a rich flora and a rich butterfly fauna. Wear proper shoes or boots as some parts can be wet.
