Beskrivelse
This is a 13 km mountain-biking trail loop that covers mixed terrain within the northern part of Lovö. The connecting trail from Kungsgården via Fredriksdal/Eriksdal is about 3 km (one-way).
Note: Part of the loop in the northern part of Lovö overlaps the hiking trail, Lovö runt. Cyclists must yield right-of-way to hikers and horseback riders here.
This nature reserve is managed by the National Property Board (Statens fastighetsverk, SFV), skogsbruk@sfv.se.

Fakta
This is the recommended mountain bike trail within Lovö nature reserve.
Within the nature reserve, mountain biking is permitted on all trails, except: Fornstigen (stretches that consist of a trail), the barefoot trail on Kärsön and marked bridleways/riding trails. (However, cycling is permitted on those parts of these trails where they have exactly the same route as other marked trails).
Cycling off the trails is prohibited throughout the nature reserve.

There are parking lots at Sofiero, Lambarudd, Ensta and Norrby skog.
Forskrifter
In order to protect the Lovö nature reserve, please respect the following rules.
Within the reserve, it is forbidden to:
- dig, cut, drill or in any other way damage bedrock, soil or stone,
- fell or damage living or dead trees or bushes,
- damage vegetation by digging up plants,
- bring unleashed dogs,
- ride horses on designated hiking trails,
- camp for more than two consecutive nights in a tent, motorhome, caravan or similar,
- moor a boat for more than two consecutive nights at the same beach (this rule does not apply to piers and marinas),
- put up permanent posters, signs or similar.
