Skötkobbarnas nature reserve consists of two small islands in Nämdöfjärden, about 2.5 kilometers southwest of Runmarö. The easiest way to get here is by boat.

To protect Skötkobbarnas Nature Reserve, there are rules you must follow.

Within the reserve, it is prohibited to:

• damage or destroy natural features
• break branches, cut down or otherwise harm living or dead trees and bushes, or dig up plants, mosses, or lichens
• deliberately disturb wildlife
• allow dogs or cats roam off leash
• camp for more than two nights in the same location
• anchor a boat in the same place for more than one day
• light fires
• put up posters or signs.
