Promenad med start vid Åkeshovs t-bana, Guide till tystnaden

The walk consists of both smooth, easy-to-follow paths and slightly more rocky and hilly ones. Site 1 is located by the lake. You then continue along the lake and turn off into the forest after the bridge on a smaller path. Site 2 gives a deep forest feeling. You then cross the open meadow. Follow small paths up the hill in the forest to site 3. Here you can see the lake between the trees. The walk is about 3.5 km. Allow at least 1.5 hours for a leisurely walk.
