Mörtö-Bunsö Nature Reserve covers the northern part of Mörtö-Bunsön Island as well as some smaller, adjacent islands. The reserve consists mainly of rocky pine forest.
There are several well-trodden but unmarked trails in the area, and information signs about the reserve.

Mörtö-bunsös nature reserve is located 6 kilometers southwest of Nämdö. The easiest way to get there is by boat.
Forskrifter
To protect the Mörtö-Bunsö nature reserve, there are rules you must follow.
In the reserve it is forbidden to
- destroy or damage fixed natural objects
- dig up flowers and damage ground vegetation
- deliberately disturbing wildlife
- have an unleashed dog or cat
- camping for more than two days
- anchoring a boat in the same place for more than two days
