Uteklassrum Reningsverksdammarna – Höjeådalen

Along the Höje river from Källby to Värpinge.

The river is just visible as it disappears in the vegetation and the ponds take all the attention. The nature around the ponds has a rich animal and plant life. The area is a popular recreational area.

An easy path runs along the water, where the vegetation is high on both sides. If you raise your eyes and look over the first pond, you can see Källby wastewater treatment plant.

There are several places in Lund municipality that are suitable to visit and experience for educational activities with groups of children or students. We have chosen to call them outdoor classrooms.
