Beskrivelse
Lemmeströtorp Nature Reserve has a valuable pond surrounded by deciduous trees. This is the westernmost outpost of the intensely green leaf frog in Skåne.

In the past, most of the reserve was covered by a spruce plantation, which has now been felled in order to benefit the amphibians in the area. In the reserve, in addition to the tree frog, you can also find the great crested newt and the edible frog.
The tree frog likes spawning waters surrounded by warm, sunlit beaches and shrub-rich pastures. On the open land, where the spruce plantation used to be, sparse beech and oak will grow up over time and hazel will spread.

**Within the area, special rules and restrictions apply to the right of public access.
For example, it is forbidden to:
- keeping a dog unleashed
- make fires
- camping
- disturbing wildlife
It is important to note that this is only a selection of the rules.
Full regulations for visitors
In addition to regulations and prohibitions in other laws and regulations, it is forbidden to:
- damage any fixed natural object or surface formation
- camping or making fires
- picking, digging up or otherwise damaging plants or woody fungi
- deliberately disturb or affect wildlife, e.g. wade in the ponds,
- bring an unleashed dog or other stray pet,
- affixing a board, sign, inscription, poster, signpost or similar device - with the exception of information and nature reserve signs and boundary markers.
Furthermore, it is forbidden to do anything without the permission of the county administrative board:
7. collect invertebrates, such as beetles or molluscs.
