The nearest train station is Höör. The nearest bus stop is Långstorp.

From the south - Road 13 north of Höör, turn towards Frostavallen, continue past Frostavallen, turn left at the T-junction and drive on the winding gravel road. Continue straight ahead on the smaller road, do not follow the turn to the left. The road then winds up and down hills and through a farm. When you reach the reserve, the first parking lot is on the left. From the north - The road between Hallaröd and Norra Rörum, turn south at Nötarp.

**Within the area, special rules and restrictions apply to the right of public access.

For example, it is forbidden to:

• keeping dogs off-leash
• make fires other than in designated areas
• cycling or horse riding other than on designated roads and paths

5. break branches, fell or otherwise damage or remove living or dead trees and shrubs,
6. without the permission of the nature conservation manager, put up fixed foreign objects such as boards, signs, posters or similar.
