Bockeboda strövområde

The Bockeboda hiking area is largely managed by the Skånska Landskap Foundation, which is the main landowner. The main entrance to the area is one mile west of Kristianstad at Bockatorpet, a service building owned by the municipality.

Five jogging trails (2.5-22.5 km) and a mountain bike trail start from Bockatorpet. In winter, ski trails are built. There are also several picnic areas, an outdoor gym, disabled toilets, two parking lots, an obstacle course and a mountain bike area for children.

In Bockeboda you meet spruce forest in the north and mixed deciduous forest in the south. In the eastern part of the area is Uddarp's entrance/parking area, where there are valuable hundred-year-old oaks, a bridle path, an accessible trail, parking, toilets, a picnic area and an information sign.

Schools often visit the area and Härlövs IF organizes orienteering competitions and trail running at both regional and national level.
