Beskrivelse
The forests on Rudjärvberget mountain are verdant mixed coniferous forests, where there are also plenty of aspen and birch. Here and there in the forest there are giant, ancient pines that have survived several forest fires. The area is 1 square kilometre in size.

Rudjärvberget mountain lies about 14 kilometres north of Överkalix, on the west side of the Kalix river at Östra Rödupp. The small logging road leads up to the reserve from Östra Rödupp. It is uncertain whether the road is driveable in an ordinary passenger car.
Veibeskrivelse
Rudjärvberget ligger cirka 14 kilometer norr om Överkalix, på västra sidan av Kalixälven i höjd med Östra Rödupp. Det går en mindre skogsbilväg upp mot reservatet från Östra Rödupp. Det är osäkert om vägen i dagsläget går att köra med en vanlig personbil.
Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- hike
- camping
- make a small fire with loose branches and twigs
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles on well-snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt according to the laws in force
It is not allowed to damage plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
