Beskrivelse
Puolamarova mountain forest rises to 370 metres a.s.l. Most of the mountain comprises loose boulders which the frost has separated from the bedrock. Up on the mountain plateau you will find exposed bedrock with sparse old-growth pine forest. The area is 2.6 square kilometres in size.

Take the road from Narken southwards down to Gustavsberg for about 18 kilometres, then turn off to head westwards and after about 3 kilometres there is a logging road which will take you up to the reserve.

Take the road from Narken south down to Gustavsberg about 18 kilometers, here you take west and after about 3 kilometers there is a forest road that takes you up to the reserve.
Forskrifter
All regulations are set out in the reserve decision. Among other things, it is allowed to:
- camping
- hiking
- driving snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
- making a small fire
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- fishing and hunting in accordance with applicable laws
Among other things, it is not allowed to litter or damage plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
