Here on the north top of the mountainGuohtsakoajvves, there is an old pine- and spruce forest. The forest is mostly sparse, and scars in the bark of som of the oldest pine trees are signs of old times forest fires.
The area of the reserve is 0.8 square kilometres.

Kommunikasjon
This reserve is situated 5 kilometres from Jokkmokk. Take road 97 from Nelkerim or Juggijaur and then turn west north of Harrijaur. The road is closed a few kilometres from Norrkullen.
Veibeskrivelse
The nature reserve is located about 5 kilometers northeast of Jokkmokk. The most suitable access road to the reserve is road 97 from Nelkerim or Juggijaur. Just north of Harrijaur you turn off on a road to the west. The road is tolled 3.5 kilometers from the Tilak nature reserve, which is 1 kilometer southeast of Norrkullen.
Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hiking
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- make a fire, remember to bring your own wood
- hunt in accordance with the laws in force.
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and take care of nature.
