Mörtträskheden lies 15 kilometres southwest of Glommersträsk. Drive towards the village of Gallejaur and turn west about two kilometres north of the village. After just over six kilometres you turn left towards Stenbacken. About 400 metres after passing the canal, you come to a crossing. This is where the reserve begins; continue about another 600 metres to the next crossing, which is the most suitable way into the area.

Mörtträskheden is located about 15 kilometers southwest of Glommersträsk in the southernmost part of Norrbotten County. All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is permitted to: - hike - camp - make a fire, remember to bring your own firewood! - pick berries and edible mushrooms - drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground - fish and hunt in accordance with applicable laws

Among other things, it is not allowed to damage plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
