Beskrivelse
The nature reserve takes its name from the till-capped hill Ludenhatten which is situated in the area. Here you find primary forests where many rare primary forest species thrive. The oldest forests are in the northern part of the area. There, we also find scenic areas of exposed bedrock and west of them lies the beautiful Lake Gäddträsket. The area is 2.2 square kilometres in size.

Ludenhatten is situated 16 km northwest of Lillpite. 2 km north of central Lillpite, in Tuven, turn north and follow the road for about 14 km. The nature reserve is on the right side of the road.

Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is permitted to: - camp - hike - drive snowmobiles on well snow-covered ground - pick berries and edible mushrooms - fish and hunt in accordance with applicable laws
It is not permitted to: - make fires - litter - drive jet skis - damage plant and animal life
