Beskrivelse
In the pristine mixed forests of Lappön island there are many species worthy of protection, including different polypores. Lappön takes its name from the Sámi people who used to come here with reindeer in winter. The area covers 0.5 square kilometres of the west part of Lappön and there is a ban on snowmobiling on the entire island.

Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- hike
- pick berries and edible mushrooms
- fishing in accordance with the laws in force
It is not allowed to:
- drive snowmobiles on the island
- make fires
- camping
- damage plant and animal life
