Beskrivelse
This scenic landscape is only 30 kilometres from central Jokkmokk. There are many small lakes in the area, surrounded by ridges with old forest. The area is 6.6 square kilometres.

Parking is available along the road and at turning areas.
Kommunikasjon
The road from the Messaure reservoir to Nattavaara passes on the eastern side of the nature reserve.
Veibeskrivelse
The reserve is located about 35 km northeast of Jokkmokk. The most suitable access route to the reserve from public roads is from the east. The road from Messauredammen to Nattavaara crosses the eastern side of the reserve. The forest road that crosses the northern part of the reserve in a west-east direction is in drivable condition and it is possible to park in several places along the forest road during the bare ground period.
Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hiking
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- make a fire, remember to bring your own firewood
- drive snowmobiles on well-snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force.
It is not allowed to damage plant and animal life. Remember to respect the right of public access and protect nature.
