There is a car parking space next to the E4.

The nature reserve lies halfway between Kalix and Haparanda, 25 kilometres from each community. From the village of Sangis you drive 4 kilometres eastwards on the E4, which cuts right through the nature reserve. There is an interpretive board at home car parking space on the north side the E4 and a little further away there is a door through the wildlife fence.

The nature reserve is located midway between Kalix and Haparanda, 25 kilometers from each town. From the village of Sangis, drive 4 kilometers east on road E4, which cuts straight through the nature reserve. There is an information sign at a parking bay on the north side of the E4, and a door through the game fence is a short distance away.

All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:

• camping
• hike
• make a fire, remember to bring your own firewood!
• drive snowmobiles on marked trails and well-snow-covered ground
• pick berries and mushrooms
