Beskrivelse
Guortesliden mountain comprises a pristine spruce forest that is practically untouched by human hand, but which however has been impacted by several naturally occurring forest fires. The area has high natural values in the form of dead wood, a large element of deciduous trees and primary spruce that have survived fire. The area is 1.4 square kilometres in size.

Guortesliden lies about 20 km east of Arvidsjaur and 3 kilometres east of the village of Deppis. A turning off road 94 leads down towards Lake Östra Kikkejaure and another turning off this leads down to the reserve. From the east, road 94 runs past Lauker and Björknäs before the road towards the lake.
Veibeskrivelse
Guortesliden is located about 2 miles east of Arvidsjaur and 3 kilometers east of the village of Deppis. Road 94 runs from Arvidsjaur past Deppis. A branch road goes down to the lake Östra Kikkejaure and the second branch road from this goes down to the reserve. From the east, road 94 goes past Lauker and Björknäs before the road to the lake.
Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hike
- make a fire, remember to bring your own wood!
- pick berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
