Beskrivelse
This plateau-like forested mountain has several small summits. The upper parts are flat, but in the east and northeast the glacier-impacted mountain drops steeply towards the Råne river. Nature is here is multi-facetted, with exposed bedrock areas, waterlogged forests, boulder-strewn areas, streams and small springs. From the eastern summit you have a fine view of the river valley. The whole area is 3 square kilometres in size.

The reserve lies about 9 kilometres northwest of Gunnarsbyn. Between Sörbyn and Övre Flåsjön, about 6 kilometres from Sörbyn, a logging road continues northwards all the way to the boundary with Björnbergen.
