Trollberget

Trollberget is like the Åsnen area in miniature. Here almost all of the biotopes of the national park are concentrated in a small area. You can explore exciting trails that start from the entrance of the national park. Check out the rock where the trolls are supposed to have celebrated Christmas. Walk along the Skogsslingan path and get to know the five woodland types of Trollberget. End your visit by unpacking your picnic basket on the beautiful wood deck on the shores of Lake Åsnen, as you gaze out at its water and islands. Perhaps you’ll see black-throated divers, white-tailed eagles and ospreys.
