When the old military firing range was turned into a hay meadow, the land was given new life. The flora includes maidenhair fern, hay rattle and bluebell, as well as the rare dwarf linden. In the early spring, fragrant thistle flowers at the edge of the forest. In summer, the vegetation attracts, among others, wasps, bees, blue wings and pearl butterflies.
