One side of the stone is nearly entirely filled with runic inscriptions. The runes are carved into a band that takes the shape of a rectangle, open at the bottom. The runic band is more ornate than most runestones in Småland, and one can discern an animal, with a cross in the center. The stone bears the inscription: ‘…V placed this stone in memory of his brother Fåve, may God assist his spirit.’
