At the biotope-protected Råsarna, walking-friendly forest paths lead through an exciting mosaic of sparse pine moors, boulder terrain, marshes and blueberry rice. The unassuming forest orchid coralroot grows in the area. The birds include the black grouse, capercaillie, double-crested thrush and greater crossbill. The nightjar plays during summer nights.
