Visböle by

Visböle is an undivided village, typical of the 18th century farming landscape. The houses were built close together on a hill with a village street in the middle. The dwellings are located to the south and the farm buildings to the north to protect them from the north wind. The location and size of the farms were of crucial importance in the division of the arable land. Today, Visböle village consists of six farms and the oldest building dates from the early 18th century.
