Beskrivelse
The visitor is offered nice walks in coniferous and mixed forest, on rocky areas and through species-rich deciduous swamp forest. Take the opportunity to take a dip in Rismåla göl. The ridge landscape and floating boulders are reminiscent of the enormous forces of the inland ice, and the forest pastures of older times show their special flora. In some areas, nature conservation has higher priority than outdoor recreation. The cycle path is excellent for anyone with wheels such as wheelchairs and prams. The forest is managed for the benefit of red-listed plants and animals.
A fishing license is required to fish in the lake. Fishing licenses can be purchased at Cirkle K and at Nybro Glasbruk.

Veibeskrivelse
Walk or cycle from the center of Nybro past Svartgöl along Bolanders stream under road 31 at Flyebo dam to get to the southern part of the reserve. Drive road 31 from Nybro towards Orrefors 1.3 km. Turn right and follow signs to the nature reserve for 1 km. There is a parking lot at the Rismåla göl swimming area or at Desemålavägen.
Forskrifter
In the nature reserve you are not allowed:
- ride a bicycle or horse other than on specially designated trails,
- drive a motorized vehicle other than on existing roads,
- set up a motorhome, caravan or trailer or camp for more than two consecutive days in the same place,
- light fires in places other than those specifically designated,
- bring an unleashed dog or other loose pet, except for hunting
- damage or remove growing or dead trees, bushes, stumps or flames
- digging or pulling up plants or parts of plants with roots or picking mosses, lichens or wood fungi. Mushrooms and berries may be picked for domestic use,
- dumping garden waste and other refuse
- put up a board, sign, placard, poster or similar device or make an inscription without permission
- use the area for organized competitions or exercises or similar. However, permission may be granted for orienteering competitions and the like,
- carry out commercial activities without the municipality's permission.
