A mighty stone wall in the middle of the forest.
The "Chinese" wall is located along the East Coast Trail about 500 m from Smisserum towards Lilla Höckhult. The name was perhaps coined by the hikers who got a visual experience of the mighty stone wall in the middle of the forest.
The stone wall was built over several years by the farmer Sven August Larsson and his older sons who moved here in 1903. The size is very different from other walls in the area and the length of the wall is more than a hundred meters. Unfortunately, part of the wall has been removed.
