Blomlöfs rökeri

Blomlöfs Rökeri is a very popular place with visitors from all different parts of Sweden. They have a new outdoor seating area where many lunch visitors come. Blomlöfs delivers smoked fish to the whole of southern Sweden and also to Feskekörka in Gothenburg. The fish is smoked with alder wood and duck rice to get the right taste.In the fish café you can get, for example: shrimp sandwich, cold smoked salmon and ice sea salad with dressing, hot smoked salmon and potato salad, fried pickled herring and onions, eggs and herring.

Blomlöfs Smokery also offers buffets. These buffets must be ordered one week in advance, more information is available on the website.
