Vrigstadån kanotled

River Vrigstadån has a moderately difficult trail of about 13 km from
Vrigstad to Långö and is suitable for the whole family. Lovely forest areas,
wilderness-like nature and both calm and flowing rivers. If you want, you can
continue out on the open water in Lake Rusken. The trail is not signposted but
if you feel unsure, you can use the map in the mobile app to find your way.

can also continue paddling south from Rusken to Årån.
