In the long lake Stråken, it is possible to fish from the shore with both a top-knotted rod or with a casting rod.

Pike, perch, roach, bream and bonito are some of the species that can be caught.

Despite the size of the lake, there are relatively few "obvious" shore fishing spots, but those who are willing to explore will certainly find more places than are indicated on the map.
