A very beautiful, a little "kinder", tour compared to many other terrain tours in Åsarna. It starts flat, upstream along the river Ljungan on a cozy winding path that was once a raft path. With a little luck, you have the opportunity to see the occasional beaver along the path as there are plenty of these here. There are also some deer and moose in the area. Two steeper climbs come at the end of the tour up to the mast and Åsarna's highest point with a nice view of the village, before you run down towards Åsarna Ski Stadium again.

Large parts of Berg municipality are reindeer herding areas. Most reindeer are in the mountains during the summer, but you may encounter them in the forest or along the roads all year round. It is important that visitors show consideration for the reindeer. You do this by not stressing them. When you encounter reindeer, slow down, sit down and wait for them to pass or take a long detour past them. Always keep dogs on a leash where there are reindeer.
