Start/Finish

You can choose to start and end the tour at the track center behind Köjagården or at Dalen's track center.

Signage/trail markings

Follow the signs "5,5 Flacken" and the yellow color markings visible on trees and posts along the trail.

Children 0-15 years ride for free in Edsåsdalen's cross-country trails and hiking trails.

You can also pay for trail passes at the ticket office at Hotell Köjagården or at the lift pass office at Ravinliften. At the checkouts you can pay by card or Swish.

**Tip!

Trail manager

To reach the trailhead at Köja, you can either put on your skis next to Köja and ski down the slope to the start. Alternatively, you walk the plowed road down from the parking lot east of Köja and put on your skis at the track start.

From the track start, follow the signs "5,5 Flacken". After a flat start, there are a few short slopes before you turn left over a small bridge and continue gently uphill to the next junction. Here you follow the signs, turn right and a long open straight stretch awaits before you again go uphill and into the forest. After passing through the forest, you cross a snowmobile track before you reach the connection to the mile track. Now the trail undulates slightly up and down, passing both a track where dog sleds pass and a bridge before you make your way down towards Dalen spårcentral. Now the track splits and you keep left to take the upper track down back towards the end of the track.

The last part of the trail is mostly downhill with only slight curves before you reach back to Köja spårcentral.

There is a parking lot just before Hotell Köjagården.

To Edsåsdalen by car

To get to Edsåsdalen via E14, turn off towards Undersåker and follow the signs to Edsåsdalen. Just after crossing the railroad, turn right (signposted). Follow the road and you will arrive at Edsåsdalen.

If you come via Vålådalsvägen, turn left before the bridge, just before Undersåker.

To Edsåsdalen by train + bus

You can get to Edsåsdalen by train and bus. Take the train to Undersåker station. SJ, Snälltåget and Norrtåg operate the route.

From Undersåker station you can take the Fjällupplevelsebussen or Länstrafiken Bus line 561 or 562.
