Small house/cottage built in 2023. Bed linen and towels included. Sleeping loft with a 140 cm mattress, maximum ceiling height 85 cm. There is a landing on the upper floor, so the accommodation is not suitable for small children.
On the lower floor, there is a 140 cm sofa bed.
Bed linen and towels are included, and the loft is made up upon arrival.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people, as well as a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee, tea, and cooking oil are provided.
Bathroom with WC and shower. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, plasters, and a hairdryer are provided. Combined washing machine/tumble dryer and a portable drying rack.
Pets are not allowed.
Sun terrace with a table and four chairs and a fantastic view of the mountains and valley as the cottage is situated on a height. The cottage is located on an old farm at the end of the street, so the area is quiet and peaceful, with a forest on one side.
The accommodation is not accessible.
The accommodation is bookable all year round. Pre-booking is recommended, but if available, it can be booked on the same day. Call for a quicker response.
Taxi is available on the same street.
Price: 1200 SEK for 1-2 people, then 300 SEK extra per guest. Maximum capacity of 4 people.

Veibeskrivelse
At Ica/Preem in Björnänge turn up towards Åre Björnen, at the first right turn where it says "Ved säljes" on a sign turn left, pass the Björnen lift and Björnänge farm, keep right up a small hill and waterfall until the road ends. At the back of the cottage is a key cabinet, code provided when booking.

No pets are allowed due to allergies.
Remove bedding and dispose of garbage in the green barrel at the big house.
Leave the cottage clean and cleaning is included in the price.
A nice couple lives in the cottage permanently and can answer questions about the surroundings.
