A tour that takes you up to pre-mountain terrain and through beautiful mountain pastures. Varying landscapes and terrain with the occasional wetter bog, as well as long climbs along Karl XI's trail. Early on you are met by a steeper climb called Nipan where many choose to go up. Do you think the hill is hard? Then remember that many of the elite skiers choose to run interval sessions on this uphill. There is a challenge for everyone, no matter what level you are at.

Large parts of Berg municipality are reindeer herding areas. Most reindeer are in the mountains during the summer, but you may encounter them in the forest or along the roads all year round. It is important that you as a visitor show consideration for the reindeer. You do this by not stressing them. When you encounter reindeer, slow down, sit down and wait for them to pass or take a long detour past them. Always keep dogs on a leash where there are reindeer.
