Beskrivelse
Hundred-year-old oaks and many exciting species make Veinge pastorate forest an important area for biodiversity.
We are just north of Göstorp in Laholm municipality. Here, where the southern Swedish highlands meet the coastal plain of Halland, many old oaks and some younger beech trees grow. Some of the oaks are 130 years old or even older. The trees are important to preserve because they provide life for many plants and animals.

Directions: On the road between Halmstad and Mästocka, turn southwest at the sign with the text Bröden 2. After 3.75 kilometers, turn left towards Svartavad. Then turn left again at the next connecting gravel road. This road leads into the reserve.
Forskrifter
To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect:
- Damage living or dead standing or lying trees and bushes,
- damage, pick or collect plants. However, picking berries, edible mushrooms and individual specimens of vascular plants is permitted
- use traps intended for invertebrates without the permission of the county administrative board
- planting species alien to the area
- organize camps or competitions without the permission of the county administrative board
- conduct scientific research that contravenes the regulations without the permission of the County Administrative Board
- bring an unleashed dog
- make fires
- drive motorized vehicles other than on roads marked on the map in Appendix 2B
- put up a board, poster, sign or make an inscription.
