Bus: With bus 316 you can get to the bus stop Årniltsvägen which is located in Vrenninge, Oskarström. Then you go to after the settlement, here you turn left at the T-junction. Here it is signposted towards Simlångsdalen and Skavböke. Then continue for 1.2 kilometers before turning left, where there are signs for Fröslida. After another 500 meters, the reserve is on the left side of the road.Car: From Oskarström, drive east on Årniltsvägen through Vrenninge. 900 meters after passing the settlement, turn left at the T-junction, where there are signs for Simlångsdalen and Skavböke. Then drive on for 1.2 kilometers before turning left where there are signs for Fröslida. After another 500 meters, the reserve is on the left side of the road.

To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.

In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:

• damage living or dead, standing or lying trees and bushes,
• have a caravan or motorhome parked in the reserve between 22:00 and 06:00,
• camping for more than two consecutive days
• making fires,
• put up a board, poster, sign, signboard or make an inscription,
• drive a motorized vehicle other than in a designated parking space,
• have a dog unleashed other than when hunting and searching with a dog,
• organize camps, competitions or other events without the permission of the County Administrative Board,
• without the permission of the County Administrative Board, plant/introduce species alien to the area,
• without the permission of the County Administrative Board, carry out surveys that involve marking, collection, trapping or other impact on the natural environment. However, this permit requirement does not apply to the collection and killing of invertebrates if the collection is required for a reliable species identification to take place, it is done manually by picking, scooping or similar (i.e. not with traps) and it is done without damaging bark, wood or other substrates. The permit requirement also does not apply to the picking of plants, berries or edible fungi.
