Länkade kustleder i ett Unesco biosfärområde
På måndag morgon driftsätter vi en stor teknisk uppgradering av Naturkartan som vi arbetat med i 18 månader. Uppgraderingen ger en snabbare och mer stabil plattform och lägger grunden för de nya funktioner som kommer i Naturkartan version 3 under hösten. Det kan förekomma kortare driftstörningar under början av veckan men vi gör vårt bästa för att lösa alla problem som uppstår. Svenö offers excellent opportunities for walking and swimming. The island is characterised by shallow rift valleys surrounded by mountain ridges in an almost treeless landscape.
On the western headland of the island there are the remains of the foundations of a building, surrounded by stone walls. A family lived here into the 1960s and today grazing animals keep the fields open.
The rules for the nature reserve are shown in the link below, but, for example, dogs must be kept on a lead and you are not allowed to park a caravan, drive a motor vehicle, pitch a tent/moor a boat for more than 24 hours or light a fire other than in a place designated for the purpose.
